Salary: £90 – £95.00

Then Protocol Education wants to hear from YOU!We’re partnering with a number of fantastic mainstream primary schools across Caterham who are looking for Teaching Assistants to provide nurturing, targeted support to all pupils.Your Role as a TA in Primary:
💬 Build positive, trusting relationships with children who may struggle with confidence, behaviour, or anxiety
🎯 Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to build resilience, self-esteem and emotional understanding
🛠️ Implement behaviour and wellbeing strategies to support learning and reduce disruption
🤝 Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to meet each child’s unique needs
🧠 Foster a safe, calm, and supportive environment where every child can succeed.We’re Looking For:
