Their supportive and nurturing environment allows every student to thrive.Your Role:As a Science teacher, you will be responsible for delivering personalised and high-quality education tailored to their students' individual needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Innovative Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging science lessons that adhere to DFE guidelines and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team to enhance and enrich the science curriculum.
- Guidance: Provide leadership and support to Teaching Assistants for effective classroom management.
- Policy Implementation: Uphold school policies with a focus on safeguarding and equal opportunities.
- Student Monitoring: Track student progress and well-being, coordinating with support teams and professionals as needed.
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach science with creativity and flexibility to engage all students.
