
Payroll Manager

- Process weekly, monthly, and 4-weekly payrolls for multiple clients
- Submit RTI returns to HMRC and ensure year-end compliance, including P60s and final submissions
- Administer PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
- Produce and distribute customised payslips
- Prepare and submit statutory forms: P45, P60, P11D
- Ensure compliance with pension regulations, including auto-enrolment and re-enrolment
- Manage staff cost reports, including summaries and analysis
- Administer bonuses, incentive schemes, and termination payments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and provide support to clients
- 3-5 years working in a Payroll Position
- Experience using Brightpay is preferable but not essential
