As After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty operations. You’ll drive performance, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and support the growth of the dealership’s profitability.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the service and parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targetsManage workshop efficiency, productivity, and loadingDrive customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and implement improvement initiativesOversee warranty claims, service plans, and parts performanceWork closely with the General Manager and manufacturer partners to meet franchise standardsEnsure compliance with industry regulations, brand requirements, and health & safety✅ About You:
