- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling relevant solutions and services aligned with customer needs and long-term goals.
- Understand client business goals and ensure alignment between client expectations and company deliverables to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- You will work closely with Customer Success Team to coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- You will work closely with sales leadership team to create and execute strategic account plans for your region and key clients, including forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to track performance and drive growth.
- You will work closely with the business development and marketing to coordinate account based marketing campaigns and increase lead generation
- Analyse account performance using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and client decision-makers.
- Resolve complex issues quickly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Working for a banking lending software or lending data vendor in sales or customer success role, with deep exposure as to how banks use data to improve lending and manage risk
- Work at a climate analytics or data company in a sales or customer success role, with deep experience in how banks are using climate data
- Working at manager level in the banking practice of a "big four" or similar consultancy
- Work at a bank with responsibilities for the definition of lending strategy and their operationalisation in lending software
- Work at a bank with responsibilities for customer experience strategy and the operationalisation of data in customer facing apps
- Passionate about developing new markets, selling solutions, building relationships and helping colleagues and clients to solve complex problems
- Proven track record of working for banks in relevant areas or of selling into banks. Minimum 5 years of experience required
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take ownership of your territory
- Comfortable communicating complex ideas to audiences with limited understanding of ICEYE solutions and capabilities
- Ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team to create solutions.
- Ability to negotiate complex deals with proven influencing and closing skills
- Ability to establish and build relationships at senior management, VPs and C-suite executive levels
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel internationally to meet clients and attend conferences
- Fluency in a major European language
- Geospatial experience
- An understanding of natural catastrophes
