- Managing the full order cycle from enquiry and quotation to processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Taking ownership of customer orders and ensuring timely, accurate updates.
- Providing first-line support through telephone and email, resolving queries with confidence and care.
- Building strong product knowledge to offer tailored advice, up-sell, and cross-sell effectively.
- Coordinating with shipping companies and customs to resolve delivery issues.
- Handling after-sales support including returns, complaints, warranties, and service requests.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Making proactive outbound calls to follow up on orders and identify new sales opportunities.
- Previous experience as a sales administrator or customer service role.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise a busy workload under pressure.
- A natural problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude.
- Confident communicator.
- Tech-savvy with experience using ERP systems and Microsoft office.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
