What the job involves
You will assume a pivotal role in screening, assessment, and execution of investment transactions
You will foster relationships with founders and senior management teams of start-ups to ensure a steady flow of investment opportunities
You will conduct thorough due diligence to formulate robust investment hypotheses
You will act as a representative of the firm at industry gatherings and conferences, cultivating partnerships and enhancing visibility within the sector
You will provide post-investment support to portfolio companies and actively contribute to their growth and success
Who we are looking for
Relevant investing experience in Venture Capital is essential
Sector knowledge in technology coming from scientific academics is essential
Open to spending time in the Sheffield office
