Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cheshire, up to c£70,000 (DOE) - Are you a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are seeking a talented individual with 5+ years PQE to join a highly regarded Real Estate team, working on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. JOB REF:0286.THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant, development agreements and bank funding and pension purchases.

  • Applications sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with 5+ years PQE
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently and efficiently
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • A commercial, solution-focused approach to legal work
  • Strong client relationship skills and a proactive attitude to business development
  • Team player mindset, with the ability to supervise and support junior colleagues
