With over 25 years of success, we are continuing to grow and are now looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Hospitality & Contract Catering team based in London.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established desk with access to Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) in the UK hospitality industry—offering immediate business potential and the chance to grow your desk quickly. But you will be expected to undertake a full 360 role and develop new clients.The OpportunityThis is a dual desk role, managing both temporary and permanent recruitment assignments. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, developing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions to leading names in the hospitality and contract catering sectors.If you’re a motivated recruiter with a flair for business development and a desire to build your own desk, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dual desk (temp and perm), delivering recruitment services to a range of clients
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously, often in a high-volume environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique recruitment needs
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and our internal database
- Conduct candidate interviews and thorough assessments, including reference checks and compliance verification
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality talent to meet ongoing client demands
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support clients throughout the hiring process
- Present and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Stay informed on hospitality sector trends, market conditions, and relevant legislation
- Maintain accurate records using our best-in-class CRM and applicant tracking system
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality or high-volume sectors
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Experience managing both temp and perm roles is highly desirable
- Organised, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Competitive basic salary (£32,000–£36,000) + uncapped commission – realistic OTE £60,000-£70,000+
