Construo Recruitment is working with a respected main contractor that delivers a wide range of projects across the Northwest. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee fit out, refurbishment, and new build schemes.As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality, while leading site teams and managing subcontractors effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations and drive programme deliveryLead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teamsEnsure health, safety, and quality standards are achieved across all worksAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholdersMonitor budgets, progress, and project reportingRequirements:Proven experience as a Construction Manager within a main contractorStrong background in fit out, refurbishment, and new build projectsExcellent leadership and organisational skillsAbility to build strong working relationships with clients and supply chainSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualificationsThe Offer:Competitive salary + benefits packageExciting pipeline of upcoming projectsLong-term career prospects with a forward-thinking contractorTo apply, Please send an updated CV.
