With a strong emphasis on innovation and proprietary tech, they are redefining what it means to deliver digital performance — and they’re looking for a new Performance Director to help lead that charge.The OpportunityLead strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, each spending £100k+ per monthManage a cross-channel team of Paid Media Team Leads and junior specialistsOwn client relationships and performance outcomesPlug into cutting-edge media tech, including TikTok-funded innovation projectsCollaborate with creative, strategy and new business teams to shape integrated growth plansResponsibilitiesLead 4–5 ecommerce client accounts, acting as the senior strategic leadManage a team of 2 direct reports, typically 1 social and 1 search specialistGuide integrated media planning and cross-channel strategyDrive client satisfaction, retention and revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to introduce creative and tech solutionsSupport thought leadership, case studies and new business developmentYour ProfileProven track record in paid media leadership within an agency settingStrong background in paid social, with working knowledge of searchExperience across ecommerce or other performance-led client sectorsConfident managing cross-channel strategy and advising clients beyond mediaCommercially sharp, data-driven and people-focusedComfortable managing teams and leading client conversationsHow to apply
