Enabled by technology but with people at the heart of everything we do.We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to lead one of our talented teams from our state-of-the-art office in Stockport.You'll bring conveyancing expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for developing others, and we'll give you the platform to make a real impact.The Role
As Conveyancing Team Manager, you'll lead a team of Property Lawyers, supporting their development, performance, and success every step of the way. You'll provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to help your team perform at their best.Following a short onboarding period, hybrid working is available, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs.What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
  • Supporting colleagues through regular 1:1s, feedback and clear development plans
  • Using your conveyancing knowledge to coach and upskill others
  • Ensuring quality, performance, and service levels are consistently met
  • Working closely with senior leaders to embed change, drive improvement and deliver results
  • Managing team resourcing, performance conversations and service escalations
  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Collaborating across the business to ensure the best experience for clients and partners
What you'll need
  • Extensive Conveyancing experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team
  • A passion for training, coaching and mentoring
  • The drive and energy to develop and motivate a high-performing team
