OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and driven Terms of Business Analyst, known internally as a Partner Assurance Analyst, to join our dynamic Partner Assurance Agency Team.The Partner Assurance Agency Team plays a crucial role within Gallagher’s Operations division, acting as the “first line of defence” in our three-tier governance framework. The team is responsible for the onboarding of all new trading partners, ensuring appropriate Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) are in place to govern trading relationships. These agreements define the conduct of insurance business between Gallagher’s legal entities and trading partners, including insurers, managing agents, and brokers, ensuring compliance and alignment with Gallagher’s Conduct & Governance policies.In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the smooth onboarding of trading partners, supporting business units by negotiating, drafting, and managing TOBAs and other agreements. You’ll also maintain governance frameworks that enable the seamless flow of business transactions while adhering to legal and regulatory obligations.Whether you’re experienced in this field or looking to bring transferable skills to the role, this full-time, permanent position offers the perfect platform to grow your career.   • Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and support Non-Standard Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) and Broker of Record Transfer Agreements, ensuring all agreements are accurately maintained and centrally recorded.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain productive relationships with trading partners and internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal, and Financial Crime teams.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all processes are documented, followed, and updated in line with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the Partner Assurance TOBA team, ensuring high-quality work and the timely delivery of management information (MI).
  • Project Support: Contribute to wider team projects, including mergers and acquisitions, and provide support during periods of increased workload.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Support submissions and regular reporting to the Management and Director of Partner Assurance, and deputise for Partner Assurance Managers when required.
About YouPrevious experience in a similar role, such as Legal, Compliance, or contract negotiations. With an understanding of Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) and their requirements would be advantageous.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage large and complex workloads effectively.Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is preferred. You have strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.You must have the right to work in the UK.#APIntegration#LI-CT2
