The RoleAs Branch Manager, you'll lead an established team while running your own successful billing desk. You'll be responsible for driving growth, performance, and service excellence across the Hull region.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own 360 recruitment desk with billing targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop consultants and resourcers
  • Oversee day-to-day branch performance
  • Plan and deliver candidate attraction strategies
  • Build lasting client relationships and grow your network
