- Experience of working for a major consulting firm in a client facing role or of an estates-focussed managerial-level role within the public sector;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of building and owning senior client relationships and conducting both project leadership and business development conversations;
- Strong analytical skills and significant demonstrable experience of using qualitative and quantitative insight to design solutions to challenges as well as the ability to translate proposed solutions into implementation plans;
- Significant experience in leading workshops, sessions or meetings with various business or technical stakeholders to define requirements or strategic objectives;
- Project management experience, with the ability to understand key risks to successful delivery and potential paths to resolve/mitigate;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports;
- Excellent people management skills and experience in building, developing and leading diverse, effective teams, fostering an environment of learning, inclusion and support;
- Confidence, independence and proactivity, including enthusiasm when faced with new experiences and a can-do attitude to resolving challenges; and
- Ability to travel as required.
- Professional qualification in a relevant area (eg ACA, CIMA, MICE, MRICS) welcomed but not a pre-requisite. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement experience will be of particular relevance.
