This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join the team at Emerald Place Clinic in Charlwood, Horley. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care to young people with a range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, psychosis, neurodevelopmental disorders, and eating disorders.Main duties of the jobAs a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and effective nursing care to the service users at the 12-bed CAMHS service. Your day-to-day duties will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as providing mentorship and support to your team members.   • Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Where you will be working:Location: Emerald Place Clinic, Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Horley, RH6 0BNEmerald Place Clinic is a general adolescent inpatient unit for the care and treatment of young people aged 13 up to the age of 18. Young people who are admitted to the unit will have a primary diagnosis of mental illness across a wide range of disorders and complex needs.These could include Mental Health conditions such as Mood Disorders and acute Psychosis. Additionally young people may have co-existing additional needs such as Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including mild Learning Disabilities or Autism. A young person could also be admitted if they have disordered eating.What you will get:
