Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)

We are looking for experienced SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is a unique opportunity to provide personalised education that truly makes a difference.Your ResponsibilitiesCreate a Safe and Supportive Environment: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.Tailor Learning Approaches: Design and deliver individualised lesson plans that reflect each learner's unique profile.Collaborate with Families: Work closely with parents and carers to ensure continuity of support and progress beyond the classroom.Promote Confidence and Achievement: Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic success.Lead by Example: Model positive behaviours and values that inspire students to reach their full potential.What You'll BringQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we are committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning.
