Building Surveyor - Assistant Build Manager - - Salary range £40,376 up to £44,496 (depending on experience)Are you an experienced construction professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work? We’re looking for an Assistant Build Manager to join our team and play a key role in the planning and delivery of domestic lift installations.In this role, you’ll visit prospective clients in their homes to assess and identify the most suitable location for lift installation. You’ll be the customer’s go-to expert — clearly explaining the building works and processes involved, ensuring full understanding and confidence from the outset.Following your site visit, you’ll produce a comprehensive Technical Building Works Survey, which will allow us to accurately cost materials and labour, stay within budget, and deliver a smooth and efficient build from start to finish.About Us:Stiltz Homelifts, are revolutionising home accessibility, empowering people to live life to the fullest in their own homes. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
  • You'll bring a solid foundation of trades experience and qualifications: structural building works experience and carpentry experience are a must!
  • A proven track record and a strong understanding of CDM and UK Building Control regulations.
  • Confident in navigating technical challenges and a demonstrably strong ability to carry out detailed and accurate technical reports.
  • Educated to NVQ Level 2 (ideally Carpentry), GCSEs – Grade 4 or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence as you’ll be visiting customer locations.
