The role involves:
Cut, trim and prepare lamb
Ensure strict adherence to quality, animal welfare and ethical procedures
Follow traceability process and ensure labelling integrity
Comply with company policy and procedure on safe food handling and hygiene at all times
Undertake any other reasonable requests made
Meet standards and deadlines
Seek training to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practice
Carry out all tasks in a safe manner in accordance with attached H&S responsibilities
