
Sales Administrator

- To ensure when a new customer order is received it is entered onto the computer system within 48 hours.
- Report any delayed delivery date to the customer once confirmed delivery date is known.
- Progress and expedite outstanding customer orders with other departments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipments are efficiently booked and controlled, including agreeing pricing on a yearly basis.
- Complete sales order processing for customer repairs / returns including quotation, order entry, progressing, shipping and invoicing.
- Match monthly receipts to MSS import reports for compliance review.
- Have recent experience of using BAAN or other similar ERP system.
- Have a brilliant telephone manner with customer care experience both for in and outbound calls.
- Ideally have worked within a manufacturing environment, but not essential.
- Excellent IT (MS Office) skills.
