With secure, affordable living, onsite sports facilities, a gym, high-speed WiFi, and even a pub, it’s more than accommodation—it’s a community.What You’ll DoAs Campus Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the estate’s future. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operations & Facilities: Managing check-ins, maintenance, utilities, and security to keep the campus running smoothly.
  • Bookings & Occupancy: Overseeing renewals and future lettings to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Student Experience: Creating a safe, welcoming environment and organising community events that make the estate feel like home.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all regulations, audits, and safety checks are met.
  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, mentoring, and managing staff, while working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Driving site improvements and new initiatives—from sustainability projects to upgraded digital systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing student accommodation, campus residences, or multi-unit residential communities.
  • Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach.
  • Commercial acumen and a track record of optimising occupancy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with a student demographic.
  • Knowledge of housing regulations, tenancy laws, and university partnerships in the UK.
