- Operations & Facilities: Managing check-ins, maintenance, utilities, and security to keep the campus running smoothly.
- Bookings & Occupancy: Overseeing renewals and future lettings to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Student Experience: Creating a safe, welcoming environment and organising community events that make the estate feel like home.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all regulations, audits, and safety checks are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, mentoring, and managing staff, while working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Innovation: Driving site improvements and new initiatives—from sustainability projects to upgraded digital systems.
- Experience managing student accommodation, campus residences, or multi-unit residential communities.
- Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach.
- Commercial acumen and a track record of optimising occupancy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with a student demographic.
- Knowledge of housing regulations, tenancy laws, and university partnerships in the UK.
