You will lead contract negotiations, manage rights and permissions agreements, and improve processes using legal technology and artificial intelligence. This role blends legal expertise with strategic relationship-building to support compliant and successful outcomes across teams.ResponsibilitiesLead contract creation, review, and negotiation with publishers and partnersCollaborate across Legal, Product, Sales, and Data Operations teamsSupport documentation, amendments, and renewals with clear and accurate contentEnsure contracts meet legal standards and align with internal policiesIdentify opportunities to improve workflows using technology-based solutionsProvide guidance on rights and permissions and resolve contracting queriesContribute to strategies that strengthen external partnershipsRequirementsLaw degree or equivalent experience with experience in contract managementStrong communication skills and confidence working across departmentsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with contract tools such as Conga or Luminance is a plusIndependent thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
