- Ensure effective administrative support is provided to all technical teams including but not limited to typing / editing of documents and presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning.
- Facilitate / organise staff social events
- Office or team collaboration, wellbeing events
- Diary management and bookings for travel
- As required, assisting the bid team in collating standard company information for Bids
- Assisting the BSM/QESH Coordinator with IMS associated tasks and audit support
- Assisting with marketing/business development tasks where required
- Assist with new employee inductions and ordering of new starter equipment
- Facilities management if in RPS controlled office base location
- Support the BSM (Administration) in the appropriate coding and processing of supplier invoices.
- When needed, support the Business Support Managers (Operations) in the management of the P&L account
- Undertaking other duties / responsibilities that assist the technical teams.
- Deputise for the BSM (administration) where required
- Support the senior team where required
- Assist other BSMs as required
