It's a chance to grow with a company that's as committed to nurturing your career as it is to providing essentials for a healthier world.Your responsibilitiesManage the budget, set category strategy, and deliver savings for local indirect spend excluding Working Media but, including:
  • Local categories: promotional displays, local marketing spend, manage commercial fixed costs
  • Support some key global categories such as: copy production, market research, creative agencies and manage commercial fixed costs.
  • Support all key projects. Owner of the sourcing recommendation and therefore influence the sourcing decisions
Compliance
  • Drive compliance of the purchasing policies and increase procurement involvement coverage. Also responsible to monitor Supplier's financial situation. Identify potential risks and take proper actions.
  • Responsible for the contracting with the suppliers and increase the number of contracts covering the spend.
  • Usage of Ariba platform to appropriately submit any business allowance for approval
The experience we're looking for
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines; MBA title will be an advantage
  • 5+ years' work experience in Procurement Department in an international company; previous experience in FMCG company will be an asset
  • Proven Category Management expertise, within Indirect, ideally with exposure across Marketing and Facility Management
  • Familiarity with leading complex, cross-functional, sourcing projects
  • A high degree of fluency of English is required for negotiations and internal communications; knowledge of other languages is a plus
