Assistant Manager needed for a busy hotel on the outskirts of Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.About the Role:As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the successful delivery of weddings, events, and restaurant service. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll help lead and develop a passionate front-of-house team and maintain the highest service standards.. A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, preferably in event or wedding venues.
. Hands-on leadership style and ability to motivate and develop a team.
.Strong organisational and communication skills – calm under pressure.
. Proven experience delivering exceptional guest experiences at high-volume events.
. Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and compliance.
.
