- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Construction Director and internal/external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Project Assistance: Assist in tracking key project milestones, compiling reports, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Document & Data Management: Handle confidential information, draft correspondence, and maintain project records.
- Travel & Logistics: Organise travel arrangements, site visits, and events as needed.
- Financial & Resource Oversight: Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Research, analyse, and present relevant information to aid decision-making.
- Compliance & Safety Awareness: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health and safety policies, and company standards.
- Proven experience in executive-level administrative roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or energy projects.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and document control systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential matters, and anticipate executive needs.
- Knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and industry regulations is an advantage.
