In collaboration with class teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), you will plan and deliver structured, tailored support across core subjects, focusing on boosting academic progress, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering effective communication skills.The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for education, a strong understanding of diverse learning needs, and the ability to create engaging, personalised learning experiences. Your creativity, patience, and adaptability will be essential in building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.To excel in this role, you should have:
