We are seeking someone with experience in the management of minor ailments, chronic disease, and prescribing.The sessions would be varied including telephone consultations and home visits as well as acute and planned consultations.Main duties of the jobThe ANP shall provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care.The role is unique in combining advanced nursing skill/practice with clinical diagnostic and treatment skills.The ANP will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.About usCroft Hall Medical Practice is a fast paced, forward thinking practice with a list size of 8,200.
