- Tracking product's progress and identifying problems via tracking user benchmarking metrics periodically, and figuring out ways to ascribe those problems to a cause and fix them.
- Share research findings with multi-disciplinary teams & international stakeholders.
- Partner with product, strategy, and other business partners to identify research topics.
- Support the formulation of research hypotheses, the design and implementation of studies addressing both user behavior and attitudes, the analysis and synthesis of user experience, and the delivery of actionable insights and solutions addressing the research topics along with other user researchers.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD degree in human behavior related fields (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Statistics, etc.).
- You have experience with survey design and response effects.
- You are familiar with data manipulation and analysis using statistical tools (SPSS/R/Python/SQL/or equivalent).Preferred Qualifications
- You have great interest in and understanding of online shopping/E-Commerce.
- You are a great communicator, having strong communication and presentation skills to present data in an understandable and convincing way.
- You have a genuine passion for and ideally good knowledge of user research and human behavior.
