- Develop and use visual aids and other teaching resources.

- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteers to plan activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and share insights on their child’s progress.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s development.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met during all activities.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and best practices.
- A genuine love and respect for children.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and adapt activities based on children’s needs.
- The ability to inspire and engage young children.
