We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Manager / Associate Director to develop our Microsoft Technologies proposition in London. There is an established team recruiting in a 360 capacity, which are looking to increase specialism across Azure Cloud, Power Platform and D365Technology is a high growth area for Michael Page and we are investing heavily to develop our expertise and capability. Our customer base is a mix of start ups, SMEs, PLCs and public sector customers.
  • The Manager supports the UK tech leadership team in implementing the sales strategy by developing a clear commercial understanding of their local market and managing resources effectively to maximise productivity.
  • The Manager generates sales opportunities, both for themselves and their team members, and combines their own customer engagement activities with the development of their team.
  • Whilst executing strategy you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team; attracting and hiring our future talent and delivering organic promotion is fundamental to the role.
  • We expect the team size to triple over the coming years and you will be responsible for defining a clear vision for the team and the role each person will play in that vision.
  • You will drive performance from the team and support others to maximise their potential and plan for future growth of the team

  • We are looking for an experienced billing Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director who has a strong track record of success, in both personal revenue and developing team members. ]
  • Applicants must have previous experience of 360 recruitment specializing in Microsoft Technologies with proven sales/business development skills
  • We look for Managers & Directors who are inquisitive, consultative and solution-orientated. We expect strong influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and rapport with the team and both internal / external customers.
  • We need people who are prepared to network with senior leaders and facilitate online and in person events across the tech community. We want new ideas on how we can engage with the tech community and shape our solutions to meet the needs of an evolving customer based.
  • You will be given a high performing team to grow and develop, a client base that any recruiter would be envious of and access to leading cutting edge technologies and tools like Salesforce CRM, Power BI Insights and LinkedIn.
