We are seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and qualified resilience professional to lead the Emergency Preparedness function for our busy hospitals. As one of the largest NHS organisations in the country we are on a journey of continuous improvement in our Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response arrangements.You will be joining an established and well-regarded team, providing expertise and support to our clinical service, clinical support and corporate teams whilst ensuring our organisation wide plans and procedures meet national standards and best practice.Working to the Chief Operating Officer and with our Leeds, WYAAT and Local Resilience Forum partners you will be an excellent communicator, organised and resilient and able to inform and influence at all levels.   • Educated to degree level or equivalent e.g. professional health service qualification. Evidence of ongoing professional development.
