Service Manager Location: Bedford Salary: £32,000 per annum Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible) On-Call: 1 in every 8 weeks Driving Licence: Required Interview Process: 1 stage We are seeking a motivated and organised Service Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our Bedford service. About the Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring it operates smoothly, meets CQC standards, and delivers person-centred care to all service users. Working closely with your team, you will support and develop staff, maintain strong relationships with clients and families, and ensure the service runs efficiently.
