- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
- Experience: Previous role as a Deputy or Assistant Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker in the Residential Child Care sector
- Driving Licence: A full, valid, UK driving licence for manual vehicles
- Fluent in English: Good verbal and written communication skills
- Other Skills: IT proficient and the desire to learn new skills
- Understanding of: Safeguarding children, legislation relating to residential childcare, and confidence in supervising care teams
