- Managing the full lifecycle of the problem management process, supporting with root cause analysis activities to successfully identifying root causes of problems
- Creating comprehensive, technical problem reports, as the basis for your investigation
- Developing and implementing proactive problem management initiatives to prevent future incidents
- Collaborating with incident, change and configuration management teams to ensure alignment
- Ensuring that the correct subject matter experts are assigned tasks and that appropriate due dates are assigned
- Ensuring that you are complying with the working instructions and the Key Operating Procedures for the problem management process
- Problem Management and ITIL experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of infrastructure and application technologies
- Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a complex technical environment at the application and infrastructure level.
