- Lead contract renewals and support promotional activities
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Use market knowledge to anticipate client needs and position the company as a trusted partner
- Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Manage engagement finances and ensure commercial success
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management within IT consultancy
- Proven experience working within or closely alongside software development teams
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial acumen and understanding of fee structures
- Experience working with large clients (e.g., FTSE 100, government)
- Knowledge of software engineering is a plus
