- Define and execute comprehensive product strategy for Insight & Hindsight portfolios, balancing organisational needs with customer requirements to drive significant commercial outcomes
- Set the strategic agenda for multiple product domains and drive programme execution across complex, interconnected systems
- Propose new business models, pricing strategies and provide critical input on 'build vs buy' decisions
- Establish, managed and drive to achieve the business objectives for the Insight and Hindsight focused portfolio.
- Interact extensively with customers to understand their business challenges and use cases in great depth
- Thoroughly understand competitive products and strategy, and how they influence customer decision-making
- Predict trends within customer segments and apply deep knowledge of how value is perceived across different market segments
- Drive customer-centric product development through hypothesis-driven evaluation strategies from the customer challenges that matter
- Develop, manage and recruit a team of product managers, taking direct responsibility for their growth and performance
- Coach and mentor team members while establishing a culture of data-driven decision making
- Ensure team effectively follows agile and lean methodologies while driving process improvement initiatives
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and launch plans, ensuring coordinated execution across product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Take accountability for ROI of go-to-market initiatives, including revenue goal achievement
- Evangelise products to sales teams, customers and media whilst developing clear value propositions by segment and persona
- Drive formulation of overall research and testing strategy, ensuring all product decisions are data-driven
- Champion AI and emerging technology integration both for internal optimisation and customer value creation
- Oversee strategy, planning and execution across web, cloud and data integration channels
- Demonstrable product management experience with proven track record in managing complex data products
- Demonstrated ability to understand evolving market landscapes
- Experience managing and developing product management teams
- Expertise in driving digital and new product adoption multi fold
- Deep understanding of go to market tactics, purchase cycles and channel mix in a B2B setting
- Prior product leadership experience
- Proven ability to define and articulate clear product strategy within specific markets or geographies
- Track record of driving process improvement initiatives with long-term business value
- Experience making data-driven revenue projections and communicating commercial context to stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in 'build vs buy' decision-making and partnership evaluation
- Has experience in securing funding and leading new product development, taking products from 0 to 1
- Expert-level customer analytics capabilities with ability to identify the right data for decision-making
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, platform relationships, and technology trade-offs
- Experience with AI/ML integration and application in product development
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern product development practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to build relationships across organisations and guide towards desired outcomes through matrixed environments
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
