We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to be customer-facing and part of the leadership of a new team: Charge Point Migrations. You should be excited by the prospect of working in a new team and creating new playbooks and ways of working.Team coordination and expectation management skills are key to this role. As PM, you will oversee budget, planning and risks while ensuring the tech team delivers business value from the project. Functional, technical, development, testing and infrastructure tracks are equally important to you for a successful go-live.You will manage these teams based on your previous project experience within IT (such as cloud migrations or large scale digital change management). This means you know where an IT project can go wrong before it actually goes wrong. A plus, but not required is market knowledge of energy, utilities, automobiles, and/or EV charging. You like to work in start-ups and innovation departments where delivering a successful migration is part of customer onboarding and activation.This role can be in Copenhagen or London.Your key responsibilities:
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals; including project tracking templates / tools.
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports. You need to manage customer expectations and ensure they deliver any necessary parts of project (removing internal roadblockers).
  • Managing direct engineering resources and building relationships with the otherProduct & Engineering teams to effectively collaborate and influence product roadmap.
  • Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders, vendors and 3rd parties for a smooth execution of projects.
  • Document and implement best practices and streamline processes.
  • Support sales processes aimed at acquiring new Charge Point Migration deals to meet billability targets.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize regular customer meetings to discuss project goals and report on progress.
What you will bring to the role:
  • 4-6 relevant years from professional experience in project management (external digital consulting firms is preferred to in-house project management)
  • Prior experience managing large enterprise customers and preferably, IT implementation / migrations projects
  • Solid experience in project management, team management, solution planning and delivery (on-time and within budget)
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills (including documentation and slides)
  • Excellent English communication skills; addition of German or French is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management is preferred (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
