To work as a key member of the Continual Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects, building a culture of continual service improvement.Working with the Continual Service Improvement Lead the postholder will assist with the development and implementation of large-scale change management programmes and improvement projects.The post holder will have sound working knowledge and experience of using a project management approach, producing complex programme plans, quality assurance and project documentation. They will have excellent communication and prioritization skills with an ability to engage with a wide range of teams across organisations.Main duties of the jobProgramme Management SupportProvide programme management support to a range of identified projectsTo develop and maintain programme and project plans, coordinating team responsesTo support with the coordination on a range of complex projects and initiatives, ensuring that regular reporting arrangements are in place to keep colleagues, boards and stakeholders informed.To carry out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas of the project portfolio.To carry out web based and publications research in relation to specific projectsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective channels of communication.Assist with coordinating an effective change control process, consulting with key stakeholders as necessary.To work with colleagues in transformation teams to ensure effective connectivity to other improvement programmes and projects.To organise meetings, conferences and stakeholder events are required in relation to the project.Updating and maintaining data bases, spreadsheets relevant to the project.To assist in developing business cases if required.About usRotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) employ around 4000 talented colleagues who are very much appreciated, valued, and respected.We have a wide portfolio which includes mental health, physical health, learning disability and drug and alcohol services.We are dedicated to the development of our our people and hold a learning half day every month for our colleagues.We are passionate about enhancing the quality of our service and we work hard to attract and select the right colleagues for our organisation.   • Experience of project/change management
  • Experience of effective problem solving and meeting deadlines

  • Knowledge and understanding of the NHS and experience of working in a health related environment
