  • Conduct comprehensive pre-birth assessments and formulate plans to support families.
  • Manage complex child protection and child in need cases, ensuring timely and accurate assessments and interventions.
  • Work collaboratively within the Public Law Outline/Pre-proceedings framework to safeguard children effectively.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality court statements and documentation.
  • Engage with families, facilitating strong and trusting relationships to provide tailored support.
  • Advocate for child-centred, family-focused approaches to improve outcomes and enhance lives.
