
Fire Sprinklers Project Manager

- Manage commercial fire sprinkler, wet riser, and dry riser system installations
- Conduct site surveys and monitor installation progress
- Procure labour, equipment, and fabrication in line with project timelines
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and on-site teams
- Maintain programme schedules and accurate site records
- Ensure compliance with approved RAMS and assist with testing and commissioning
- Manage cost control in partnership with the Operations Manager and Director
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing commercial sprinkler installations
- Proven experience in wet/dry riser systems and BS EN12845, BS9990, LPC Rules
- Strong cost control and procurement ability
- CSCS card
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- LPCB Design qualifications
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Friendly and professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and adapt on-site
- Reliable and keen to learn and develop
