We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the UK Support Function team.Job Title: Business Support Specialist – Airborne Systems Integration (ASI)Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on experienceDynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classificationSecurity Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. You will need to exhibit a high level of organisation skills, great team ethic and the ability to interface with people at all levels both internally and externally, whilst embracing innovative ways of working.The Role:Develop and maintain Document Record Management database, to include training and access controlManage and maintain data access process across the programmeCoordinate all ASI secure communications tools and facilitiesOwn and drive knowledge management activities within ASIMaintenance and coordination of ASI communications, to include updates to the intranet and SharePoint pagesProactively manage and maintain the on-boarding and induction processes and documents for ASIManage and track the licensing, export, Visa’s and international visitors forms across the entire programmeTo be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activitiesSharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team membersParticipation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives – to be accountable for own self-learning and developmentDiscretion and confidentiality to be maintainedAny other adhoc technical administration dutiesWhat we're looking for from you:Someone that is forward thinking, who looks to improve efficiencies in working practices, processes and engagement activitiesAble to effectively collate data, analyse and present findings in an engaging mannerCan demonstrate a great team ethic and the ability to interface and build close working relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externallyCan demonstrate the ability to support Knowledge Management and Knowledge Transfer activitiesCan demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft packages and an ability to identify, implement and utilise specialist tools and software to streamline tasksA professional demeanour in all situations and be able to withhold confidential informationA meticulous approach to tasks, with a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, be proactive and accountableWillingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job descriptionOur company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a givenMBDA is a leading defence organisation.
