From reactive breakdowns to preventive maintenance, you're someone who thrives in an FMCG setting and takes pride in providing solutions.This is a role for a multi skilled maintenance engineer who is confident working across electrical and mechanical systems, ideally with experience in PLC fault-finding. Youll support a 24/7 operation, responding quickly and resolving issues promptly the first time.The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role:
- Fault-finding, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance
- Working with high-speed production and packaging machinery
- Logging work and ensuring audit-ready documentation
- Complying with food safety and H&S standards
- Supporting improvements in reliability and operational efficiency
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering
- Electrical qualification (18th Edition ideal)
- FMCG or manufacturing experience essential
- PLC fault analysis experience (preferred)
- IOSH qualified or willing to complete
- Commutable to Lincolnshire
