- Coordinate prompt and effective remediation of production incidents, keeping relevant stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates.
- Manage a team of Platform Engineers working on delivering impactful technology solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to align priorities, manage dependencies and remove blockers - ensuring technical solutions align with broader engineering and business strategy.
- Proven experience leading platform engineering (or similar) teams focused on infrastructure, developer tooling, and platform capabilities.
- Experience managing performance, coaching team members, and supporting their personal development.
- People management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing or being a part of DevOps Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering teams.
- Working with AWS, Terraform, and has experience scripting is also a plus
