– Facilitate the EHC Needs Assessment process, keeping families actively engaged and informed, ensuring the child’s needs are central to decisions.
– Execute the EHCNA from start to completion, collaborating with agencies to craft and deliver comprehensive EHC plans.
– Sustain impeccable record-keeping in local authority databases to uphold superior data quality.
– Contribute substantively to case decision-making, preparing and presenting detailed information to relevant panels.
– Take charge of compiling content for Post Assessment Summaries, Drafts, and Final EHC plans.
