We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Workplace Project Manager to join our team for twelve months where you'll lead the delivery of workplace transformation projects that truly make a difference to how people work, collaborate, and thrive.In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our workplace change initiatives, managing projects from inception through to completion. Whether it’s a large-scale office relocation, a complex refurbishment, or a new workplace design, you’ll oversee every detail to make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align workplace solutions with business needs, ensuring the spaces we create are not only functional but also engaging and adaptable.If you don't have experience in Facilities and Workplace, but have similar project management experience or the right skillset we'd love to hear you! We can offer training and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings strong project management experience, and has a genuine interest in workplace strategy and design. You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with our contractors and colleagues all levels, providing a great service, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent planning and people skills to resolve issues relating to the workplace.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s shaping the future of the workplace.
