New Part Time Housekeeper Nanny Job in Surrey

We are looking for a part-time housekeeper who is also comfortable with light nanny duties. The role involves laundry, helping to keep the home tidy, dealing with storage, running errands, with some cleaning - including deep cleaning where needed. Hours would be around 4-5 hours each afternoon, starting at 2 or 3 PM. Help with preparing the evening meal on occasions. Experience with children is important, though this is not a full nanny role, with a toddler and 7 year old in the house.The ideal candidate would have access to a car if needed, though a family car may be available. There are no allergies or special dietary requirements in the household. We live in a spacious home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, across two levels, and a large garden. We're looking for someone dependable, proactive, and kind to support our home in the afternoons. Candidates who can speak Mandarin Chinese are of particular interest but not essential.General Duties:
- General housekeeping tasks and duties (tidying, stock and storage, laundry, dishwasher and washing up, bins, defrosting, some cooking etc.)
- Accepting deliveries and running errands
- Looking after and/or transporting the children (full nanny duties not required)
- Someone who is happy, for around 1-2 hours in the afternoon, to let the toddler tag along when doing chores, give the child a snack, or read her a book, or walk in the garden, plus sometimes drive her to a parent who is out of the house.
- Proficient in English
- Must be confident in all aspects of housekeeping
- Confident driver
- Organised, proactive with a good eye for detail
- Must have checkable recent references and be happy to do a trial if selected
- Must be child friendly
