  • Act as the primary commercial contact for key accounts across diagnostics, including lab equipment, molecular, POC, and nutrition.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across NHS and private healthcare settings.
  • Manage contract renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide first-line service support and technical troubleshooting, coordinating with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Lead post-sales implementation projects, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Deliver customer training, business reviews, and value-added services to enhance product uptake and account performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and account development.

  • Proven experience in key account management, ideally within diagnostics or laboratory services.
  • Strong understanding of blood sample processing, lab workflows, and integrated diagnostic systems.
  • Excellent relationship-building and solution-selling skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially astute.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Scotland and the North UK (up to 75%).
