- Build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Provide insights on customer acquisition, retention, attribution, and engagement
- Support segmentation and targeting with data-driven analysis
- Work closely with marketing stakeholders to optimise ROI
- Spot trends, opportunities, and make commercial recommendations
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or data analysis
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms
- Good understanding of KPIs, attribution, and performance metrics
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Confident communicator, able to present findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Tableau or Looker is an advantage
