- Clinical Practice You will have the autonomy to manage and treat patients, using advanced clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and evaluate care. Your expertise will support QOF reviews and ensure proactive patient management. Plus, youll take on the duty clinician role one day per week, giving you variety in your practice.

- Meet NMC revalidation requirements
- Prescribing qualification
- Diabetes specialisation desirable
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Demonstrate autonomous evidence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing patient-centred care
- Experience of working within a GP practice
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Meet NMC revalidation requirements
